- Funds Management: €500,000 has been deposited into a dedicated account (distribution account) at BanqueWeb – ensuring transparent management and full traceability.
- Transfer of ownership: Notarial formalities for the transfer of full ownership (or donation with reservation of usufruct, if desired).
- Association decision: General meeting to decide on the use of funds (sale, rental, renovation) and publication of the report on the use of funds.
- Tax law: Issuance of tax documents (donation receipt) and informing the recipient about possible tax deductions.

- Draft the deed of gift (inter vivos gift / gift with reservation of usufruct) in accordance with the wishes of Ms. Rizzo Mechthild Lisabeth.
